What partners usually ask
How does tracking referred hosts work?
Once we agree to work together, we set up a dedicated link for your portal. Hosts who sign up through that link are attributed to your account.
When and how do I get paid?
We agree the exact payout process individually — usually monthly, based on payments actually collected from referred hosts.
What exactly does "15% of gross" mean?
Gross is the amount we invoice the host excluding VAT — our platform currently isn't VAT-registered, so that's the same amount the host actually pays.
What do my listing owners get out of it?
A free fee checker for their municipality, a rate map, and co-branded content in your own guide — plus Best Guest itself saves them time on reporting and record-keeping.
Do we need to sign anything?
Yes — a separate partner agreement, distinct from our regular guest/host referral program. We draft it individually based on what we agree.
