Best Guest Terms for Guests

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These terms (hereinafter the “Guest Terms”) govern the relationship between you (hereinafter the “Guest”) and Hotel Analytics s.r.o., Company ID: 06723756, registered office at Krakovská 582/23, 110 00 Prague 1 (hereinafter the “Provider”), in connection with your use of the Best Guest software service (hereinafter the “Service”) as a guest of an accommodation establishment.

1.2. By completing a registration form, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service as a guest, you agree to these Guest Terms.

1.3. These Guest Terms are prepared in both Czech and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the Czech text shall be binding. Matters not addressed by these Guest Terms are governed by Czech law.

2. Description of the Service for Guests

2.1. The host with whom you are staying, or plan to stay, uses Best Guest to fulfill their legal obligations related to providing accommodation (in particular reporting the stay of foreign nationals and maintaining the house/record register) and to make your check-in easier.

2.2. The registration form you complete is used by the host to record your stay. The data is entered either by you directly or by the host on your behalf; both you and the host are responsible for its accuracy, and the host is required to verify it against your identity document.

2.3. A Best Guest account is optional. Creating an account (sign-in via an e-mail code) lets you save your details for faster form completion on future stays and manage your personal-data rights (e.g., requesting account deletion) directly within the Service. You may complete the form as an unregistered guest without creating an account.

2.4. The processing of your personal data — both as part of the registration form and as part of the optional account — is described in the Guest Privacy Policy.

3. Your Obligations

3.1. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information matching your identity document.

3.2. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials (the one-time code sent to your e-mail) and for all activity carried out under your account.

3.3. You agree not to misuse the Service for unlawful purposes or interfere with its operation.

4. Liability

4.1. The Service is a technical tool that helps the host record guests; the Provider is not a party to the accommodation contract between you and the host and is not responsible for its performance (price, quality of accommodation, cancellation terms, etc.).

4.2. The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

5. Termination and Account Deletion

5.1. If you have created an account, you may delete it at any time via self-service on the Account page of the guest application. Details of the deletion process, grace period, and data retention are described in the Guest Privacy Policy.

5.2. Terminating or deleting your account does not affect the host’s obligation to retain a record of your stay for the period required by law (see Section 5 of the Guest Privacy Policy).

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Guest Terms; the current version is always available at www.bestguest.cz/en/guest-terms.
