Tokeet automates guest communication with rule-based workflows, so your registration request becomes one action step in an automation. Best Guest connects in two ways:

  • Automated messages — a Tokeet Workflow sends your registration link.
  • iCal sync — Best Guest imports every reservation Tokeet manages.

Before you start

  • An active Tokeet account with connected channels and access to Automation
  • A Best Guest account
  • Your Best Guest registration link, e.g.

(Use your real link. ?channel=tokeet records the reservation origin.)

Using the right link: every listing — each apartment, room, tent, RV, or whatever counts as your smallest bookable unit — has its own unique registration link. If you manage more than one listing, double-check you’re copying the correct one. Find all your links in Best Guest under Properties → [property] → Listings → Copy listing link, or grab them during the Listings step of onboarding.

Path 1 — Automation workflow

In Tokeet, a workflow combines a trigger (booking created, before check-in…), optional conditions (channel, property, length of stay) and an action (send email/SMS).

  1. Go to Automation → Workflows → Create Workflow, name it “Best Guest Registration”.
  2. Trigger Before Check-in (timing 2 days before; immediate for last-minute).
  3. Conditions: start with all properties/channels.
  4. Action Send Email (SMS or Webhook for advanced setups).
  5. Add the template using Tokeet’s dynamic variables, then set the workflow Active.

Best Guest automatically reminds the main guest if they started registration but haven’t finished it. If a guest never opens the form at all, though, that reminder can’t reach them — so it’s worth scheduling a second workflow, timed 1 day after arrival instead of before it, using only the link:

Path 2 — iCal sync

To import Tokeet reservations into Best Guest’s Reservation Verification, copy the property’s iCal / calendar export link from Tokeet and paste it into Best Guest.

  • Reservation confirmed → confirmation only
  • 2–3 days before arrival → registration link
  • 1 day before arrival → access instructions
  • Check-in day → welcome message
  • 1 day after arrival → reminder for guests who haven’t completed registration

Troubleshooting

Workflow doesn’t trigger — confirm it’s active, the trigger is correct, conditions aren’t too restrictive, and the reservation status is valid.

Guest didn’t receive it — check the reservation has an email address and the delivery method is enabled.

Reservation missing in Best Guest — verify the URL and ?channel=tokeet.

Next steps
